Ulpatek Filter has been providing technical knowledge and engineering solutions in the fields of filtration and indoor air quality (IAQ) to companies in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and food sectors since its establishment.

For some time now, Ulpatek Filter has been conducting educational visits with manufacturers classified as OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) across various locations in Turkey under the slogan "Ulpatek Explains Proper Filtration." Recently, the company opened its doors to vocational high school students, continuing to take new steps to enhance industry-student collaboration. In November, vocational and technical high school students met at Ulpatek's new production facility.

Ganim DOKUYUCU, General Manager of Ulpatek Filter, spoke about the value-added products created with 40 years of industry experience and his confidence in young people for the continuity of these productions. A presentation covering production technologies, filtration, and innovative products was given to the students by Production Manager Mustafa BUZKAN to educate them further.

After the presentation, the technical visit was completed with a tour of the area where all products manufactured at the plant are displayed and of the factory; during the tour, the students had the opportunity to carry out various simple practical tasks under the supervision of the master technicians and their teachers.

After the tour, students who wish to do an internship at Ulpatek Filter were promised an internship and, afterwards, employment opportunities, subject to their schools’ approval. Ulpatek Filter has once again shown that it will do its part to develop industry–student cooperation for all students, as far as its means allow.
