Die Auslegung der L\u00fcftung ist in der Krankenhausklimatisierung komplexer und mit mehr Risikofaktoren verbunden als in der Komfortklimatisierung. W\u00e4hrend in der Komfortklimatisierung vor allem die beiden Parameter Temperatur- und Feuchteregelung wichtig sind, m\u00fcssen bei der Krankenhausklimatisierung zus\u00e4tzlich Parameter wie Schadstoffe, Frischluft, Abluft, Str\u00f6mungsrichtungen und Luftdruck ber\u00fccksichtigt werden. Der Grundgedanke von Krankenhaus-Klimaanlagen ist es, entsprechend der gew\u00fcnschten Reinraumklasse saubere, partikelfreie Luft in den Raum zu f\u00fchren. In B\u00fcros und Wartebereichen gen\u00fcgt eine normale Luftqualit\u00e4t, im gr\u00f6\u00dften Teil des Krankenhauses ist jedoch eine deutlich h\u00f6here Luftqualit\u00e4t gefordert. Bereiche wie Operationss\u00e4le und Intensivstationen stellen beispielsweise die h\u00f6chsten Anforderungen an die Luftqualit\u00e4t.
