Filters manufactured with “Gel Filled Seal System” are mounted to the filter plenum boxes with special knife shaped sitting frames. Thanks to the gel’s soft and adhesive character, tightness is easily achieved between the filter box and the filter. Due to its viscosity the gel sticks to the surfaces of the groove, and it can reshape rapidly after the filter is removed. It does not contain toxic substances, therefore it does not cause any contamination. “The Filters with Gel” are manufactured for efficiencies of  99.97 to 99.999997 according to EN 1822 (HEPA 13, HEPA 14, ULPA 15, ULPA 16, ULPA 17) and delivered with individual test certificates. In addition to standart sizes, it can be manufactured according to the customer’s requests. These filters help to achieve high quality air and shorten the validation periods in sectors such as pharma, electronics, food and medicine.
